Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more

Orders delivered within the United States qualify for automatic free shipping when the merchandise subtotal is at least $75 USD, excluding taxes and shipping, and the selected shipping rate is $15 USD or less. Shipping rates above $15, including higher-priced delivery options, are not covered. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Eligibility and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment. Customers pay the shipping amount shown unless an eligible free-shipping offer is applied at checkout.

Production and delivery

IMUST shirts are produced to order. Production takes place before shipping; transit time begins after the order is dispatched. Production and transit times vary by item, print provider, destination, and delivery service. Any estimates shown are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Separate shipments

We source products from multiple production partners. Items in the same order may ship separately, from different locations, and arrive on different days.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs processing may affect delivery. Any duties, taxes, or import charges not collected at checkout are subject to the destination's rules.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error or have a shipping problem, contact info@imuststore.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch.
